INSTITUTIONAL PROCEDURE FOR THE APPROVAL AND MONITORING OF INTER-INSTITUTIONAL AGREEMENTS
The learning agreements will be managed through the coordination of the International Relation Office, the Erasmus + coordinator, and Departmental Coordinators. Monthly meetings are to be held to discuss new agreement prospects for Alanya University. All learning agreements will be handled in accordance with full recognition principle.
In this process, Alanya University departmental coordinators will contact, and hence create an initial step Erasmus+ Coordinators of universities they wish to pursue on attaining a bilateral agreement. After having decided upon an agreement departmental coordinators will inform the International Relation Office which will complete the official work between the two universities/departments.
