ALANYA HEP UNIVERSTY GASTRONOMY AND CULINARY ARTS DEPARTMENT WAS AT THE 3. CULINARY CAMP IN BOLU
 
 
Ahsen Burcin Himmetağaoğlu, the research assistant at the department and two students, Deren Serbest and Kıvanç Karagöl presented  the university at this conference, whose aim was to bring together the students and the academicians from the “Gastronomy and Culinary Arts” and “Culinary Arts and Management” departments of all universities across the country.


All the participants shared experiences, expanded their visions and established invaluable contacts with each other.
