Delicious Tastes from AHEP in Noel Bazaar
Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students opened a stand in the 8th International Noel Bazaar with their products.
Organized on December 10th, 2017, the students brought different flavors using vegetables and fruits grown in Alanya together. The delicious recipes such as blueberry cake, profiterol with pumpkin cream and spinach, cupcakes, cookies, macaroons, bruschetta and fruity pancakes were presented to Alanya. The most interesting tastes of the stand welcomed with great interest by the visitors were the macaroons prepared with Alanya avocados, bruschetta and pumpkin cream.
