From the Tower to Management
Students  at the Department of Tourism Management performed an activity to improve  their innovative thinking by building the highest tower  usig a spagetti stick, a piece of string, adhesive tape  and  putting a a marsmellow on top.   Through this fun activity, students  were able to  experinence an   effective organisational management.

Innovative Managers of the Future are Trained at AHEP
This  activity  gave them the opportunity to  work as part of a team,  reaching a conclusion as a team member and as managing teams.
In well known TED talks, the experimental researches  applied to different ages,  different professions, even to  kinder garden students,  show that graduates of management programs should have  different  opinions and should be open to different point of views.
Therefore,   our aim, even starting from the freshman, is  to train and educate our students to be multi-directional  managers after graduation.
